Core Values

Since its founding in 1994, the Comprehensive Care Practice has been driven by four core values:

  1. Offer respect and hope

  • Ongoing support to manage chronic illnesses
  • Buprenorphine treatment (this service is offered only to patients followed by one of CCP’s providers for their regular primary care)
  • Access to community resources
  • Referrals for specialty services
  • On-site case management and education services as well as lab services in our office.
