Founded in 2007 as the first civilian clinically-based program of its kind, our program combines didactic instruction and practical training to prepare you for the rigorous demands of emergency medicine.
The Johns Hopkins Postgraduate Emergency Medicine Residency for Physician Assistants (PA) is an 18-month postgraduate training program.
The program prepares qualified PAs with the evidence-based knowledge, technical skills, and critical thinking abilities required to provide multi-disciplinary and compassionate emergency medicine care.
